Consider This Before The Pandemic Is Over

Yes, this year has been hard but hard times are great catalyst for change.

Maybe we’re being optimistic but finally, it seems like there is a light at the end of this tunnel.

If there is one thing we can all agree upon, it’s that it’s been the craziest year.

This year has allowed us to take note of what parts of our daily lives are important to our mental health.

And how much we took those small things for granted.

Thinking about how much I missed those moments looking back, like simple moments of reunion with friends or the joy of looking outside the airplane window, running outside without a fear of catching virus and most importantly, holding someone’s hand and being able to hug someone after seeing them for the first time in a long time.

We’re all still traumatized by this experience.

Be sure you’re paying attention to this moment.

It is when you hit that bottom, you can finally realize that you can go up.

Just making through this year has been an accomplishment on its own.

Take notice of this moment.

A moment like this when life grants us these pivot points.

We have opportunity to evaluate how things are going in our lives and make the change if we need to.

Considering how this past year has been, I don’t know if I’m being overly optimistic but I’m really hopeful that good things are coming.
